It is really not easy to find a good translator. This is why we try to stand out from the “big translation factories” by offering an excellent service, individuality and quality. In this
context, a close cooperation with each individual customer is one of the most important aspects for us.
Our team consists of 2 translators “only” – which means for you as a customer: all translation jobs are
always carried out by the same two translators, with the same knowledge and the same commitment – means the texts are not forwarded on to any translator available as it is the case with big agencies having a network of
freelancers. This guarantees continuity with regard to terminology and quality of the translations.
Usually, each order starts with an introductory briefing between customer and translator to clarify technical details
and questions. In case the project or system is more complex and not simply self-understanding we take the time for a visit at your premises in order to familiarize with the topic and the individual technical background. For
translation, the already existing terminology is taken into consideration and saved from now on in a terminology management system. This ensures linguistic continuity – means – we always use the same terminology.
Facing the continuous evolution and the rapid changes on the technological market we would like to ask you a simple question: Are you always up-to-date ? Nor are we ! For that reason, we attach great importance to inform ourselves continuously on the technical background and on the most recent innovations made in the respective technical sector.
Only in doing so, you can be certain of receiving translations that are made – apart from the language skills – with the necessary technical competence and knowledge.
